  6. THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON A "AS IS" BASIS.
  7. HYPER-Q SOFTWARE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES RELATING
  8. TO THIS SOFTWARE, WHETHER EXPRESSED  OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING
  9. BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
  10. OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
  11. NEITHER HYPER-Q SOFTWARE NOR ANYONE ELSE WHO HAS BEEN
  12. INVOLVED IN THE CREATION, PRODUCTION, OR DELIVERY OF THIS
  13. SOFTWARE SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR
  14. INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO
  15. USE SUCH SOFTWARE, EVEN IF HYPER-Q SOFTWARE HAS BEEN ADVISED
  16. OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR CLAIMS.  THE PERSON
  17. USING THE SOFTWARE BEARS ALL RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND
  18. PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE.

  20. Evaluation (Unregistered) and Registered User Agreement

  22. You may evaluate the Shareware program for maximum of thirty
  23. calendar days, after which you must register the program with
  24. Hyper-Q Software or remove the software from your computer.  
  25.  
  26. You may allow other users to evaluate copies of the
  27. unregistered Shareware. All evaluation users are subject to
  28. the terms of this agreement.
  29.  
  30. You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
  31. disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
  32. licensed program except as provided in this agreement.
  33. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and
  34. automatic termination of this license.

  36. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by
  37. Hyper-Q Software.
  38.  
  39. All parts of Hyper-Q Software's software and products are
  40. copyright protected.  No program, code, part, image, text
  41. or computer generated sequence of images may be copied.

  43. Each registered copy of the Hyper-Q Software's software may
  44. be used in only one single location.  Use of the software
  45. means that you have loaded the program and run it or have
  46. installed the program onto a computer.  If you install the
  47. software onto a network, each and every individual user of
  48. the software must be registered separately.

  50. You may make one copy of the registered software for backup
  51. purposes, providing you only have one copy installed on one
  52. computer. If any person other than yourself uses this
  53. software registered in your name on a other computer,
  54. regardless of whether it is at the same time or different
  55. times, then this agreement is being violated!

  57. The sale of and or distribution of registered copies of
  58. this software is strictly forbidden.  It is a violation
  59. of this agreement to loan, rent, lease, borrow, or transfer
  60. the use of registered copies of Hyper-Q Software products.

  63. Limited Distribution License
  64. ----------------------------
  65. The shareware version of Q-Recovery may be distributed by
  66. anyone without further permission, providing that:

  68. 1. Such distribution includes only the original archive
  69. supplied by Hyper-Q Software.  You may not alter, delete
  70. or add any files in the distribution archive.

  72. 2. The distribution does not include a registration number.
  73. In particular, you may not distribute a registered piece
  74. of software.

  76. 3. No money is charged to the person receiving the software,
  77. beyond reasonable cost of packaging and other overhead.

  79. Hyper-Q Software may revoke any permissions granted here.
  80. All rights not expressly granted here are
  81. reserved to Hyper-Q Software.
